Yesterday during training, i duck walked the whole central plaza, and turned out that my thighs cramped today...haha...i must be getting old, ok, i didnt warmed up also, but didn't expected myself to become to old liao...haha...

The great grand juniors were super disorganised lar...their warm up's freakin long plus they took ages to to ti1 tui2 fa3....haix...

Anyway, and some of the great grand junior girls cannot, yes, i mean cannot understand chinese...-_-"

Like i say, Singaporean kids are getting lousier these days...haix...

Ming Jian, u should have called the police, after u have left the hostel lar...wa lao...imagine the people came back, and couldnt find their drugs, and thought u took them....or discovered that u guys knew that they had drugs....hahaa...i can write crime dramas le...well i guess it's the dark side of life...we have been living in clean circles...nice nice friends, but that's not the only part of the world...
