What do you call weather that is overcast and rainy for 15min, becomes bright and sunny for the next 15min, reverts to being overcast and rainy, turns bright and sunny once more, gets gloomy and HAILS for the next 15min (incidentally when I was about to step out of the house to submit my essay) and then nonchalantly decides to become bright and sunny again?
